Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy explains when you are entitled to a refund and how to request one. It applies to all purchases from App Ranch, including subscriptions and orders completed through an AI agent or automated checkout on your behalf.

1. Digital services

App Ranch sells digital services rather than physical goods, so there is nothing to ship back. Instead of physical returns, this policy sets out when fees are refundable. Where mandatory consumer law in your country gives you stronger rights, those rights apply and are not affected by this policy.

2. Subscriptions (including Hyper Local SEO)

  • You can cancel a subscription at any time from your client portal or by emailing hello@app-ranch.com. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current paid period.
  • Amounts already paid for the current period are generally non-refundable, because work and resources are committed for that period. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
  • If we charged you after you cancelled, or charged you in error, we will refund the incorrect amount in full.

3. Project and one-off services

For one-off projects, refunds depend on the work completed at the point of your request:

  • Before any work has started, you can request a full refund of amounts paid for that project.
  • Once work has started, we may retain a fair amount reflecting the time, work, and resources already committed, and refund the remaining balance.
  • Deposits and fees for work already delivered and accepted are non-refundable.

4. 14-day cancellation for consumers

If you are a consumer and the law in your country gives you a cooling-off period (for example 14 days), you may cancel within that period for a refund. Where you ask us to begin work during the cooling-off period and we do so with your consent, we may charge for the portion of the service already provided, and the right to cancel ends once the service is fully performed.

5. Purchases made through an AI agent

Orders placed by an AI agent or automated checkout that you authorised are treated the same as orders you place yourself, and the refund rules above apply. In addition:

  • If an agent placed an order in your name without your authorisation, contact us promptly and we will investigate and, where appropriate, reverse the charge.
  • If an order was duplicated or charged in error due to an automated or agent flow, we will refund the duplicate or erroneous amount in full.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6. How to request a refund

Email hello@app-ranch.com with your account email, the order or invoice reference, and the reason for your request. We may ask for a few details to verify the purchase.

7. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor (Stripe). After we approve a refund, it is usually issued within 5–10 business days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or card provider.

8. Disputes and chargebacks

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us first — we will almost always be able to resolve it quickly. Raising a chargeback before contacting us can delay a resolution.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund & Return Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. We will update the date above when we make changes.
