English National Ballet
A curriculum-linked learning experience built around Giselle for teachers and students.
Built around the curriculum
Designed to support real classroom use rather than acting as a passive content download.
Print, video, and UX working together
Workbook structure, filmed tutorials, and interactive navigation were shaped as one joined-up experience.
Easy to use in the real world
Clear pacing, pause points, and familiar formats made the resource more practical for teachers and students.
Online or offline
The interactive PDF format helped the project stay accessible and usable beyond a standard web page.
This project sat between print, film, and digital UX. The challenge was to make those parts work together as one learning experience that teachers and students could actually use, whether online or offline.
The Brief
Create a schools resource linked to the curriculum around Giselle that combined clear workbook structure, filmed tutorials, and interactive navigation without becoming clumsy or hard to follow.
What We Did
- Filmed and edited tutorial content
- Shaped the pacing to support learning and pause points
- Designed the workbook structure and page flow
- Built an interactive PDF with a full menu system for easy navigation
- Brought video, written content, and supporting materials together into one usable resource
- Created a digital learning experience that could still work in a familiar offline-friendly format
Why It Worked
Because the format respected how teachers and students actually use resources. Instead of forcing everything into a traditional website shape, the project used a familiar PDF format enhanced by video and interaction — making it easier to navigate, easier to teach from, and easier to return to.
Selected Outputs
A bespoke learning experience built around real classroom use, not just presentation.
