ATG Entertainment
A bespoke careers education toolkit designed to help theatre pathways make sense in the classroom.
Built for teachers to use
Structured as a working classroom resource, not just a document to skim through.
Theatre careers made clearer
Designed to help students understand routes into the industry in a practical way.
Local relevance built in
The wider toolkit connected local theatres, local people, and supporting resources across locations.
Adapted for different markets
A US version was also produced with educational language adjusted for that audience.
This project was about helping theatre careers make more sense in the classroom. App Ranch supported a toolkit that combined film, workbook structure, linked resources, and localisation so teachers could use it properly with students.
The Brief
Create a digital-first careers education resource that could help teachers guide students through theatre pathways in a clear and practical way, while allowing the resource to work across different regions and educational language.
What We Did
- Supported the structure and design of the careers toolkit
- Produced film content as part of the wider resource
- Helped shape workbook flow and linked resource logic
- Worked around educator use rather than internal corporate language
- Created a version adapted for the US with different educational wording
- Treated the project as a bespoke learning tool rather than a generic content page
Why It Worked
Because the toolkit was built around use. The value was not in making a nice-looking document. It was in giving teachers something clear, structured, and practical enough to use in a real classroom setting.
Selected Outputs
A bespoke education resource shaped for the people actually using it.
